1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original packaging may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason
  3. Our team will guide you through the process

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges if the item is in stock.
  • If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or refund.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
