- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original packaging may not be accepted.

- Our team will guide you through the process
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges if the item is in stock.
- If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or refund.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
